A busy busy weekend..

On Friday we took Jake and Ella to the circus. They loved it! Jake would get so excited he would shake and Ella clapped the whole time. The only time jake was a little afraid was the fireworks.

It's prayer time and a silly prayer answered...

Tomorrow is a huge day for Austin. We go for his 2nd opinion to see if his leg really is broken. I am praying with all my heart that he gets good news. He will be devastated if it is. He has his mind set that he is getting that cast off TOMORROW and will be headed to Tennessee to try to win it all! Please pray for my sweet boy, he has worked so very hard!
I mean come on if it really was broke would he be playing swords?

And for an answer to one of my silliest prayers...230 days of praying to be exact..my sweet girl has hair long enought for a bow! Kenzie this one's for you! She can't wait to be your biggest fan!

Maybe his wife will thank me someday..

We will be on vacation for Christmas this year so the kids have started to get some of the gifts that are too big to have Santa deliver(and that's my excuse and I'm sticking too it!). Here's Jake and "suppose to be" Ella's most recent gift. Ella is NOT allowed to touch any part of it yet and most definately cannot touch his food. I love watching Jake's imagination run wild and I am amazed at the things he comes up with for only being two.
Just like daddy he heads to the grill

Notice the hotdogs, icecubes and ball! Hey, I never said he was Wolfgang yet!

and yet again just like daddy-
"Momma too hot, burn it"
"I needa cool it down!"-this cracked me up!
and again just like daddy he opted for the microwave

It's obvious there is much work to be done but I promise that Thanksgiving dinner will be wonderful!

Welcome to our "Fun Gym Day"

On Fridays I take Jake to the gym to play. He wakes up and starts saying "gym open, fun gym day" "fun gym day", "fun gym day" and he says it ALL day until we get there. It is soo cute, he loves it there, and for 59 of the 60 minutes he

And the winner by a landslide is...

Now if they would only cut me another stimulus check before the next new line comes in, all would be right with the world!

I knew my sweet girl would learn to crawl in dresses ;-)!

Thank You Sweet Nattie for being so kind and gentle with Jake and taking him trick or treating with you. You looked so adorable with your little greaser. You are one of a kind and we are so lucky to have you!
